    Ok, this job was done on contract basis with a fellow Architect Arc Seyi, the design was done by he and I, and the presentation drawings were done by me.

    The CAD applications used was AutoCAD for the designing and planning. The presentations and 3d model of the structure was done in Google Sketchup.

    The design and presentation drawings lasted for about a week and a half due to some minor set backs cause by the client.

    The structure is comprised of 3Blocks of 5Bedroom terraced apartments each with ample parking space beside n in front of each!

    Brick and stone finishings are quite prominent in this victorian styled terrace apartments.
